Small taste this afternoon, brief note from memory. Bright apple and lemon aromas and flavors. No oxidative style here. Chiseled minerality and bright acidity provide wonderfully food friendly textures. 50% Chardonnay, 50% Savagnin.

Nicely mineral, searing acid. Flavor otherwise lacking development and complexity. A good food wine but not profound. Perhaps the least favorite of the Ganevats I have had.

Wow, this is a gorgeous white from J-F Ganevat. Clean, fresh and vibrant with impeccable balance and complexity. Tasted more like Chardonnay than Savagnin.

Lemon sorbet, lemon curd. Well, all kinds of beautiful lemon actually. Very balanced. Pretty much a Chardonnay for me despite the Savagnin. Develops a lot during the first hour or so. Great acidity, get's your saliva going. Long aftertaste. Curious what will happen with age. A great wine.

Cork was loose. Wine wasn't bad but it lacked the intensity of the previous bottle I had. A disappointment.

One of the best bottles from Ganevat I have had. Lovely fruit with intense minerality. Complex and long.

Clear.
Clean. Super tight, shut down.
The structure is made up of lots of acidity, dry, you can feel the power.
