Pretty. Ripe strawberries and a touch of cherry on the nose. Medium plus body with nice weight and mouthfeel. Fresh red fruit and crushed flowers balanced by a nice spine of acidity and a long finish. A hint of effervescence, I think. Quite enjoyable.

Salmon color. Light sweet strawberry/raspberry blend in the nose. Mouth is light somewhat nondescript fruit, suggestion of lime. Fairly acid. Short finish. Pairs well with broiled salmon with compound butter.

First time trying this rosé from a very reliable producer. Nicely balanced with acidity and perceived sweetness under control. Pleasurable drink and very food friendly - paired well with goat cheese stuffed lamb burgers and ratatouille.

Translucent, copper color. Watermelon rind, white rose on the nose; watermelon, pink grapefruit and something vegetal on the palate. Light, crisp and refreshing. Perfect summer quaff.

Very pleasant rose. I enjoy Fontsainte's standard red Corbieres offerings, and this is as well made as they are. Light hints of strawberry, a bit of macintosh apple, and a touch of cream offset by solid acidity. Not life altering, but who would expect it to be? Good QPR.

(12.5%) 70% Grenache Gris and Grenache Noir, 10% Mourvèdre, 10% Carignan, 10% Cinsault – Some people let the groundhog tell them when spring is going to come. I use seeing this wine on my table as knowing it has arrived. And I usually get my annual reminder to let your wines warm towards room temperature after removing from the refrigerator. Once you do this one surely delivers. Fleshy with fresh strawberries, mineral, spiced, delicious! Not fruit forward but fruit present with a long, crisp finish. Love me some Gris de Gris!

Excellent rose, very fresh and juicy, with very well-defined strawberry-oriented flavors.
