Lime and lemon pith, with light sweetness and zippy acidity. Similar to my bottle of two months ago; but everything seems better integrated and the fruit cleaner. Drink now.

My second bottle of this and it seems less interesting than I remember, with an interplay of faint sweeetness, racy acid, and lime pith with a hint of cardboard in the background (not corked; it's bottled under screwcap). The whole equals less than the sum of the parts. Slightly spritzy, which is something I remember from the previous bottle.
On day two the carboard note disappeared, but otherwise the wine seemed relatively unchanged.

Pale yellow color. Aromas of Granny Smith Apple and lemon citrus. The sip comes into the mouth with an upfront light sweetness and refreshing acidity that balance each other. But missing is richness, any additional complexity, or layers of flavors. While enjoyable and drinkable, too simple, linear, and not involving.

Apple, pear and light floral on both the nose and palate. An effervescent acidity that cleansed the palate when paired with our Thanksgiving turkey. Medium finish. The bottle seemed a bit subdued at first, but opened with time in the glass. Very easy to drink and food friendly. 90+

Nice riesling with apple and floral nose, good balance between acidity and sweetness. A Terry Theise wine, the man has impeccable taste. The wine paired well with my black coconut rice and caramelized sweet potatoes.

(From memory...I probably had this with Thai takeout.) Sweeter than I had anticipated, bubbly-like acidity, which held it's freshness up. Good pairing. Quince/yellow apple/pear and zip.

Subdued and uninteresting on Day 1. Day 2 showed more pear, lemon and light fruit. Very refreshing and food friendly. 90+

Decent, lacked the complexity I usually enjoy from German Riesling

Pear, mineral and slate notes. Flavors of white peach and minerals. Good acidity.

Terry Theise Tasting of Newly Released German Wine with Robert Houde (Knightsbridge - Northbrook IL): Tasting, brief note. Apple and lemon character that is both very mineral and acid driven. Direct, linear and interesting, I'd expect this to be better in a few years, even if not necessarily really fun today.
