Deep yellow, a bit edgy acidity on open, eased with air time. Drank over two days, better day 1. Citrus, lemon, mineral, light vanilla, softer yellow stone. Nice mouthfeel, moderate rich, good length, finish a tad curt. Day 2, hints of pineapple,, shorter. Overall, quite good.

Very good, developed and opened up over several hours. Definitely needed air time. Balanced, but as some note, a core of citrus & acid that dances with the richer fruit. Mineral, light yellow stone fruit, lemon, pear. Enjoyable before, during and after dinner.

Lovely middle-weight Bourgogne Blanc, effortless and versatile; but while it's a good showing (to be expected from Bize), it's not terribly distinctive, not really intended to be anything more than a pleasant dinner companion, and thus is a little pricey for the quality; I will pay for the great, ageworthy premier crus, but I'm not sure the AOC Bourgogne bottlings deserve the same Bize price creep

Bought upon release at retail wine shop. 12.5% abv. Yellow color. Some vanilla, citrus-lemon notes, high acid. Very easy to drink. Soft. Hard. Changing all the time. I really liked this wine. Great QPR. Yes, I would purchase again.

Truly excellent for a Bourgone. Lemon, hinting toward a baked pear with mineral drive and a slight hint of char on the finish. Strikes a pose between gregarious and elegant. Good length and medium round body with solid but not too firm acidity provides a good textural structure for this lively wine. An early drinker and punches way above its class.

Good color. The nose shows aromas of cream, apple and pear with hints of butter. This is medium bodied on the palate with good concentration and good finesse. The medium plus length finish features a nice mineral tinge and good acidity.

Very nice once again. Punches well above its weight. Nice nose and full palate. Complex and fully drinkable. A terrific Bourgogne.

Such a lovely wine. Gorgeous nose. Fresh and complex on the palate. Some spice from a light touch of oak.
