Kveldens vin.

Nose slow to reveal but after half hour of air this treat begins to deliver. Thankfully, we waited. Medium-bodied, white peach, fresh flowers and sweet brioche and lemon combine with precise minerality. A lingering, elegant finish.

Wilson Daniels Dinner (Blackbird - Chicago IL): Ripe stone fruit start-to-finish comes across as fleshy and a little flashy. Good concentration, length and balance with the right structure for near-term enjoyment. There is most likely still some upside, but I doubt this will be better 5 years from now vs today.

Lang

March Dinner Offline: Soapy lemon, smoke and struck match. Strong mineral character on the palate, long with excellent balance and purity of fruit. Obviously needs more time but should be fantastic.

BORGOGNA 2015; 2/22/2015-3/22/2015: Tasting at the domaine. In bocca è molto giovane, acidulo e citrino, quasi spumoso. Finale composto, degno di un principe adolscente. Da attendere almeno 5 anni.

No detailed notes taken. Recall colour showing its age, forward nose of ripe fruit and mineral notes; palate long and complex.
