Away from regular stuff and... that's exactly what I was looking for. Not that sh*t pineaple or a punch in face of tropical fruits. 1/3 of chardonnay, 1/3 of sauvignon blanc and 1/3 of fiè gris (sauvignon gris). Lots of minerals, far away from fruit bomb style. Figs, honey, grass, leaves, tamarind... Great acidity and low alcohol, which is awesome. Old vines. Thank God I bought a full case. This wine will develop beautifully for some 3 or 4 years max. Beautifull yellow color. Great wine and producer.
