Drinking really nicely. There's some spice and plenty of citrus. It has good shape with plenty of underlying minerality. There's a touch of vanilla to the finish and it is long.

Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Virtual Tasting (Planet Earth): Complex array of orchard and citrus fruit aromas and flavors with a firm structure and faint botrytis hints that subtly add further nuance. Impressive density that I'd have thought Grand Cru if served blind, with a long finish. Possible further upside from here.

Full if not fully expressive nose -- dense white fruit with some florals. A very classic style. Palate is rich and concentrated with a bit of sweetness (botrytis?) on the fruit. Nice mineral notes that are well integrated. A more rustic and rugged style of white Burg.

Popped 'n poured, this wine exhibited the power of a corton charlemagne even while still showcasing the flintiness and other mineral characteristics I love so much in puligny. It was initially served too cold, and as the bottle warmed up it just got better and better, standing up well with a very rich chicken and mushroom casserole.

Intensely floral with plenty of ripe apple on both nose and palate. Very impressive concentration, nearly seeming to have Grand Cru density. Bright and minerally finish with good length. Very good now, with upside.

mineral nose , flowers , orchard fruit , full bodied , suppy mouth , very long finish , still young but it start to be ready , better give some air because at the beginning was very close but with time have improved a lot. great power and acidity , I paired the wine with meat with truffle and anyway the wine was easily able to hold the food

This is a beautiful Puligny-Cailleret. It has a medium gold color and the nose shows orchard fruits and minerals. On the palate, the wine is quite dense (but not rich) and tastes of bruised apple, pear, minerals and white flowers. It has plenty of tannin and a very long finish. The wine's length and mineral spine makes it a classic Cailleret. Almost as good as the Chevalier-Montrachet. Great wine.

Apple and lemon with faint floral notes, this is big and firm with lots going on, with lots more in reserve. Long, powerful finish.
