Another bottle of this fine stuff, the Dellchen trocken mostly is elegant, feminin and full of delicious fruit, no matter if the sample is from Ober- or Niederhausen, this bottle is well structured, showing juicy peach fruit, very creamy fruit flow over the midpalate, spices, some diesel in the background, elegance, finesse, delicate feminin, lingering finish, very harmonic bottle, the still supporting acid indicates that this wine will keep this condition for some more years, ***(+), around 89,90(+) potential

Good matury, a very balanced showing, this bottle is all about harmony, midbodied, rich and delicious yellow fruit, still good supporting acidity, tight and long finish, can be drunk now, in cold cellars will improve for some 3- 5+ more years, ***(+), 89- 90+ potential

As usuall I do buy at least a case of Dellchen and the Hermannshöhle from this Weingut. Not to compare it with the two Dönnhoff samples, just to see how the wine from this vineyards develop each and over the years. The stile ot the two Weingüter is not that different. And finally I do open the Dönnhoff stuff as well! What is to say at the moment? Very tight and subdued, but complex showing with a lot of slightly hidden aromas at the moment, very young appearance, some tart yellow fruit hints, strong minerality with a acidic bite, peaches, somehow feminin, very long length, way too young at the moment, wait....... if you can refrain yourself from opening this fine stuff ;-), *(**+- *) ?, 89- 92?

Big Bottle Outdoor Party 3.0 or so (Northern Lüneburg Heath): From MAG:
juicy tasty peach fruit, so feminin delicate, very balanced bottle, clean finesse like flow, long+ finish, admirable!
