  • I didn't care for this when paired with pan-grilled Cod. The Cod was more flavourful. This was brought by Ken and Teresa to the reunion. Will use the rest to make homemade vinegar.

  • We have learned not to have great expectations for our California Pinot Grigio. They are often one dimensional and flabby, but this one arrives as a minor surprise. There is a decent amount of grapefruit type flavors enhancing the peach and pear to raise the bar a bit. Decent body and mouth feel, especially for a white wine with this clear a color. Solid dose of balancing acid. The finish has an almost apple cider like flavor with some lemon and other citrus.
