PnP, slightly under room temp. Clear, deep dark purple. What a nice wine. Super smooth for a CF, well integrated, ideal balance, not hot, harsh or tannic. Easy to drink, the bottle drained fast. Nothing off and a great value. $14

Did not decant. This cabernet franc is a lighter weight wine (much lighter than their cabernet sauvignon) with blue berries in the initial flavor, soft round tannins, and a moderate finish. Altogether, a very enjoyable wine for quaffing on a weeknight.

Nice toasted probably mostly or purely French oak , coffee, dark chocolate a little leatheriness pepper and cinnamon, the fruit is dark but not obvious. This complexity thrives on the palate as well. Great acidity, lovely ripe Morello cherries in peppery spiciness, medium body and long finish.

Solidly delicious on the wine snob palate. Yes we really like it. What could be as luscious in the palate as is this!

It was great. Flavor was spot on and had good peppery notes that I like about Cab Franc’s

Juicy and well-balanced. Enjoyed more than I expected. Good QPR for wine purchased directly from the winery tasting room.

Deep fruit, spicy pepper; palate is full bodied, integrated tannin, black fruit, very nice entry level wine. 87- 88

Bold and peppery - paired well with ribeye with chimichurri sauce.
