Delicious stone fruit flavours, clean, clean mineral fruit. I see I underestimated this when I last drank it. No oak as far as I can tell, but a lovely slightly rich fresh lemon juice flavour. None of the tropical fruit I normally associate with Macon. Great stuff.

Really a well-crafted wine for the price; The deep palate features stone fruits, crushed rocks and florals, with crisp acidity and a firm mineral core that is very complex for its humble appellation

Drained in one evening...the wife loved it. Lemons, apples, white pepper, crazy citrus zing. Long-ish finish that repeats from the palate. What a WFTM, $20. Drink now through 2017.

A lot of wine for the money. A little reduced at first, but that blew off fairly quickly to reveal a very chablis-like wine. Lots of acidity and minerality and decent length. Very food friendly and would make an excellent house white. Screwcap.

P&p. Fresh, zesty, citrusy aroma, with touches of spice, petrichor, and fleeting custard. On the palate, citrus/sour mango flavors with seriously tart acidity, a dash of spice, and a good streak of stony minerality. Taut/lean but with good intensity of flavor and even a little roundness/body, not at all austere. Quite enjoyable, and an excellent value.

Punches way above its price point and appelation. Talcum power, iodine, minerals and green apple. Medium-full bodied with a very intense, tongue gripping acidity. Delicious on its own and even better with food. (Think richer fish like sauteed salmon with vinegared leeks, creamy oysters, etc.) A steal at $19.99.

Very pale straw color, faint green tinge. White peach green apple bouquet with hints of mineral, limestone, white flowers, hay, pear, grapefruit, white pepper & spices with quite marked savory oak influence. Nearly medium weight, quite intense, moderately deep, fresh & vibrant, chalky & spicy stone, pome & citrus fruit flavors anchored by some crisp acidity; balanced, dry but refreshing. Long, fresh, saline finish. (87.5)

More flavoursome, elegant and complex for what it is and where it's come from. Good depth of fruit and nice finish. Great value. Should improve with age but drinking well now.

Had a better look at this bottle than the last. Very good wine in this vintage and excellent value. Sometimes Macon wines can be a bit too round for my palate, but not this, nice cutting acidity with good texture and density to the fruit. If you wanted to stock a value white burgundy, you could do much worse than this.

Ganske lik forrige flaske, men muligens litt mer anonym. Servert blindt, og her var det mange svar, alt fra SB til nye verden. Mye Burgund for pengene. 87

Med straw in color, with a nose of deep lemon, spicy white pepper, violets and rocks. On the palate, this 12.5% abv wine shows tense med+ acidity, tart lemon citrus fruit, with just a dab of honey down the middle to dial in the tartness to "just right". There is nice minerality, great spiciness, and a med+ finish that is puckering, in a good way. It is hard to imagine a $20 wine with more bang for the buck on the "wow that's delicious" scale. Drink now through 2017. Yum.

Light golden yellow in color. Forward & attractive nose of vibrant ripe citrus fruit aromas of lemons/limes, apples & peach with mineral overtones, lovely floral notes, stony, chalky and a ever-so-slight hint of toasty oak. Medium-light bodied with a very good concentration of balanced & smooth texture, crisp & zesty, ripe fruit flavors of lemons/limes, apples & pears with stones, minerals & a hint of toasty oak. Lingering crisp finish. Drinks quite well at present although it would be interesting to see how it continues with its development with additional aging. A mini-Meursault; excellent QPR too!

Citrusy with just a touch of oak to add complexity. Lovely clean flavours, nicely made. I just don't get that excited by it.

Complex and delicious. Tastes like a base burgundy from a good producer. A bit more age will help this improve further. Great value.

Delicious wine, slightly rich yet no sign of oak, with laser-like acidity and citrus zing. Great WFTM.

Second bottle from this winery and these are great (for american pricing) values for simple white burgundy.
