Loads of baking spice, soft red fruit, some va. On the palate: solid acidity, good density, spice and bitterness (baking powder?). Seems to be getting more disjointed with age.

Decanted. Notes from 1.5 hrs open. Very nice 2014 with a fresh nose: loads of baking spice, pure strawberry, basil. On the palate, excellent acidity, then elegant, if a bit dainty: some dark earth, then more strawberry and a touch of cranberry. Very soft tannin on the very clean finish.

Dinner with Meo Camuzet wines (Univinum, Heilbronn): Bottle not decanted. Clear, medium ruby color. Clean, medium+ intense, youthful and perfumed nose with lots of clean red fruit and in the background some fine oak and spices. At first the fruit is q bit artificial but improves with air and time. Dr, medium+ acidity and tannin which is a bit drying. Medium intense, clean red fruit combined with chalky mineral notes. Medium length. Nothing really fancy but a solid Burgundy with room for improvement. 88-89

Appearance: Bright and clear, it has light ruby color, with fading rims and legs. Nose: Clean, with medium (-) intensity aromas of red fruit of cherry, raspberry and plum, black fruit of blackcurrant and blackberry, floral notes of violet, pungent spice of licorice. The wine is youthful. Palate: Dry with medium (+) acidity, the wine has medium tannin of ripe and silky texture, medium alcohol, medium (-) body and medium intensity flavors of red fruit of cherry, raspberry and plum, black fruit of blackberry, floral notes of violet. The wine has a medium finish. Conclusion: Good quality Marsannay with a fairly light nose showing good red and black fruit characters, the wine has nice youthful notes, vibrant and lively on the palate, with similar characters on the flavors, with reasonable concentration and length on the finish. It is ready to drink now and can keep for another 1-2 years.

Juicy red berries on the nose, firm and tight, silky, bright red berries and mineral make up the palate, this is not complex right now but it feels good, shows energy and stimulates the salivary glands, decant or hold

Another really nice 2014. Delicious dark fruit, firm, but unravels nicely to show black piont fruit, dry wood, some spice, and a little dusty dry mineral. I like this very much!

Wanted to give another bottle a go after the first corked one.
Initial nose was a tad acrid, potent and showing the youth. Cherry and raspberry fruits after some airing. Decanted the wine and drank over 3-4 hours. Developed nicely over this time. Quite angular to begin and youthful. Settled down with plenty of fresh fruit and later smokey bacon and tobacco flavours came through. Medium tannin, crisp acidity. Great wine. Will give the next one a few years to develop before trying again.

Simple, crunchy, tart cranberry fruit just softening at the edges and nice development with some air. No rush but these are in the window.

Cork taint, really disappointed. Hope the other 5 aren't the same.

so good already, lovely wine, typical pinot noir. Can hold but why when it's so good.

Barrel tasting; the first wine offered. Honest and pure Marsannay; if the price is right it's a no brainer.
