Translucent yellow, medium legs, a trace of rubber in the nose and first tasting but after 20 hours in the fridge at 4 degrees celsius, uncorked, the flavor was much improved, so we assume this bottle was not defective; the rubbery taste was replaced by the citrus and pineapple, with the pleasant finish one would associate with a sauvignon blanc at its somewhat elevated price point
