Tons of spice. Learning there is more and more of this element in Argentinian cabs. Fairly well balanced and some nice texture, but at $40 a pop, there’s not much value here. 87/100

Some smoke n leather stirred into the red currants on the palate.
A pretty and nuanced drink with reasonable tannins of some smoothness and enough grip to handle her extraction.
Day two found sweet cherries prominent. Some petrol in must. Fruit will outlast tannin here, I think. (But some years til her flab approaches mine. Fsho.)

Dense colour; very pure and defined cassis on the nose with a herbal/mint undertone. Great richness and definition; silky and smooth on the palate, very smooth tannins, lovely, cool & fresh. I cannot see why any Cab drinker wouldnt enjoy this? Excellent. Lovely balance.

My first experience with Argentinian wine was pleasant. American Winemaker Paul Hobbs had a lot of influence in this wine. Would recommend. Priced well (under $40).

Great nose. Bright start, transition to bold flavor cherries, smoke. Smooth finish with long hold on tongue.
