P: L, poss LM, body; ALMOST swtish frt met by some puckerish structure which morphs into a LONG, albeit very slightly faint, spicy, bitterSWT finish. VERY nice QPR for now & through '18, particularly @ this vendor's $9.99, which is at LEAST $3 < than the nearest closest competitor on wine-searcher. 13.4% ABV 90 pts from WA & Tim Atkin, 89 pts The Wine Front

Unique and rewarding. Aromas of wild raspberry, rhubarb, roasted oregano, and shiitake mushroom. A touch of garlic and onion; not unpleasant. Mouth-filling and bright with excellent acidic drive and a bitter edge. Intense throughout. Surprisingly good.

Bought this by mistake (I thought I was grabbing a Malbec from Zorzal), and did not know what to expect from an Argentinian Pinot Noir. The aromas were a little weak, but cherry and raspberry came through, both on the nose and the palette. Finish is on the short side. Decent, but nothing remarkable, OK at the price.

medium ruby. raspberry and some spice from the stalks on the quite intense nose. Light body, unripe fruit, some mineral on the palate. Finish is short, dry, spicy. Reminds me of Oregon Pinot. Very good price to value.

$15 at K&l. Clear pale ruby, with purplish tones. This is light bodied with a pleasant mix of fruit and graphite flavors and decent acidity and structure. No particular fruit predominates on the nose or the palate but there is vanillin and fragrant lavender on a the nose. Not bad at all for this price.

First and only bottle of this, but I've been intrigued by Argentine pinot in recent years, so I like to pick up at least one when I see an offer, and I think this was a good value at the $14 paid. Transparent ruby with purple reflections. Aromas of cherry, cranberry, pomegranate, cedar, and graphite. Medium (+) body and acid, medium finish, and flavors of cherry, pomegranate, plum, black tea, orange peel, spice, and mineral. Pretty good complexity and balance for the price here. Should've gotten more. Worked well with Spanish rice with shrimp, but this would be banging with cedar planked salmon.
