Great, well balanced Chardonnay. Just the right amount of oak and fruit. This was nearing the end of its cellar life-would not wanted to age much longer.

First couple sips - the oak is clearly present, but to my tastes (and very cold) it's well integrated and not overwhelming. The other main note is red apple. This has stayed relatively consistent over 2 days as well.

Drank by Marianne from 375. Earthy with lots of mushroom on nose. Bright acidity with hints of stone and citrus fruits on palate. Paired well with salmon with garlic mustard sauce and roasted veggies.

Pop and pour. In the glass, very pale yellow. On the nose, a mix of pear and honeysuckle. On the palate, clean, crisp, with just enough fruit - chiiled, a nice accompaniment to chicken. Easy drinking.

I seem to like this vintage of this wine quite a bit more than previous versions, as the oak seems better integrated (or maybe because I waited a bit more before popping into it this year). Ripe pineapple, peach and apple flavors with just a kiss of oak spice. Crisp, clean and racy.

With a largely pineapple aroma, this is a crisp, complex and flavorful Chardonnay with tastes of pineapple throughout, initially also apple/pear with an undertone of coriander, and increasing vanilla as the wine opens up. Good balance and medium to long finish.

A bit too much of a butterball for my taste. Pretty good, but just not my style.

Nice clean California chardonnay. Primarily apple and pear on the attack but with a tropical note. Medium / - acidity adds a little weight.

Nice balance, more oak and body than the regular selection 2015, but very similar. good QPR too.

Medium golden. Rather rich, clearly Californian, and we wish there was more acid. Nice enough, if in the mood, over three nights.
