stop it Jim. This is stunning. Stemmy stalks, red cherry, light cinnamon flecks over red licorice, some light stem on top of herbs and raspberry. Supreme. my love for this never wavers. I was enamoured when I first tried at @pinotpalooza 2016 and described it as ethereal. That hasn't changed. What a wine.

A lovely red fruited , very feminine Pinot. Decanted for 2 hours which really lifted the nose. Lots of red berry and earth on the nose. Just mid weight on the palate, not a lot of structure but very easy to drink, still quite primary but no worse for that. A lovely easy to drink Huon Pinot. Nevertheless a quite complex Pinot that’s still quite primary. Not sure whether it’s worth cellaring given it’s so easy to drink. Will be interested to read future tasting notes for irking out when to drink my last 2 bottles.

Colour bright ruby clear and bright 15/15 Nose intense aromas of red fruits, cherry strawberry , hallmark fruit purity. It has a particularly burnt rubber , sulphur aroma which has now disappeared from current releases 28/30 Palate med-full bodied hallmark balance of fruit/oak/tannin 42/44 Overall still drinking young and did improve in the glass so next time will give it a much longer decant 10/11

Opened with a fairly strong reductive character which mostly blew off with about an hour or so in the decanter. Twigs, brambles, savoury, spice. Very nice, perhaps a touch short, but certainly interesting. Not sure I can quite get past the rubber though. Will be interesting to see where this one goes. Hold.

red cherry linear stalk, sublimely light with a gentle cherry cola back. Not sweet. Assertive and sure. Treads a fine line between too stalky, Tok light and too acidic, but tugs along through all that with immensely good fruit. A come hither look. Enthralled

Mixed spice, medium to rich cherry, herbaceous, - little stalky, some mushroom and forest floor element. Initially the spice was too dominant but it settled with air, no doubt a sign that this elegant wine is just too young and will benefit from time. Very nice.

Early days but showing signs of a well balanced and layered Pinot - a lot of acid at this stage but finish makes early consumption worth it. Give it a few hours of decanting, will settle as it breathes. Lucky I bought 3!

Medium bodied with dark cherry notes. Very precise with fine acidity. This will hold its form for a few years I think.

Very reductive on first opening, bit like an 80's hair salon, but a complex web on undergrowth mushroom and strawberry. One for the long haul

Bright red cherry, green stems, a little stripped out and sour and pokey acid, nice tannin work but not up there with the others I've had. atypical
second taste, that cherry, strawberry vanillan thing rolls through. Growing in to something alluring.
Needs time
