Tasted at La Escargot 1903 in Puteaux in Paris. Straw colored, light medium bodied, lively acidity highlights notes of green apple, pear and hints of peach, floral, and crushed stone, turning to a long finish of spice, tangy acid and minerality.
The nose was zesty, with spiced peach and pear, yellow florals, and crushed stone. On the palate, I found silky textures lifted by energizing acidity with pure yellow and green stone fruits filling the senses, backed by gentle minerality. The finish was long and spicy with lasting acids and minerality.

I served this in my wine course. Oxidative nose, initially with some marine/harbor smells, but not in a bad way. Then pear and mandarin. Fairly rich mouth. Some creaminess in the finish, which ends pleasantly bitter.

The nose was rich with notes of ripe apple, orange rind, minerals and herbal hints. On the palate, I found soft textures with notes of spiced apple and zesty acidity. Minerals come through strong on the finish, along with hints of almond.

Aromas of pear, melon, honeysuckle, mint, expressive of the grape. Crispy acidity. Defined and intense, not exactly "rich", but well structured and with a persistent herbal finish.

苹果、桃子和燧石矿物味道最先突出,醒酒后口中出现了芒果和香蕉这些偏热带的甜美果味。香气的成熟丰富平衡了较多的酒精感,给了酸度一个出挑的机会,并在口中撑起了结构。相比于中段的努力,收尾显得略为普通。
