I thought this was lovely last night, and the bottle and cork were in great shape. The bouquet was inviting and mature, and the texture was silky and velvety. Autumnal, savory, meaty, teriyaki, plum fruit, and a bit of charcoal, all with balanced acidity, this was in no way at the end of its life though I loved where it is right now.

Appears in good shape, with clear colours and nice nose. First impression is a bit sharp though. The acidity is a little to dominant. After about 30 minutes it softens up and paired well with the food. But it never really showed the complexity you would expect from a wine like this. Nice, but not impressive.

Munskänkarna Tyresö med Jan Rosborn: Brunröd, klar. Stor doft med pepparmynta, kanel, läder, rökta charkuterier. Lång, stram, kryddig smak med röda bär. Angenäm!

Was totally gone. I have four left and will start going through them to see if this was a fluke. Would be nice to be proven wrong. Cork looked great. I may be taking it in the shorts on the rest.
