Melon and a ‘brake stand.’ Has some barrel ferment to the palate, with some Cherrio. W/ Stephanie Putnam, winemaker. 2016 vintage is now 100% Barrel Ferment. 4m in barrel. 5% New. Lots of lees stirring. I’m reminded of the UW-Fond du Lac mascot, the Centaur.
