Un Régnié aérien, assez acide, de moyenne envergure, sur de jolies saveurs de fruits rouges croquants et de pierre concassée. Sur la légèreté, mais les amers ressortent un peu trop. C'est bien après aération, mais pas au top non plus. Bien.

This is one of that wines that needs some treatment. Give it an hour of air, taste, give it a chance, and see how it evolves. It will go up the hill, then down it again. Worth your money. (All those reviews that state the bottle was flawed did not give this one enough oxygen!)

Brownish red. Floral and perfumed cherry nose with a nice earthy minerality. In addition, a perfect amount of very subtle barnyard funk. Acid driven palate. Medium body. Fresh red berries. Cranberries, strawberries and a pronounced minerality. Long dry finish that is ruined by a bitter and astringent sting upon exit. Great nose, nice palate, but the exit wrecks it all. Flawed?

Needs a lot of opening up, but once it gets open the nose is earthy with hints of underripe black fruit. The palate is very acid-driven and almost overly bitter. “Slate” is the generous way to put it, but it kind of reminds me of crushed up aspirin. There are notes of strawberry and raspberry but it’s overpowered for me by the minerality. I’m willing to assume it is not a fault because Bryn and Emily both like it very much but it’s just not my style.
Needed about an hour and a half to come into its own. Started with rather abrasive CO2 and some jagged edges. Turns into a really bouncy wine with tons of red berries (cranberry, strawberry, cherry), white pepper, tomato juice, and some cantaloupe shell.

ruby colored, hints at cloudy. expressive nose with raspberries, compressed watermelon, peach skin, sweet tarragon, and pink roses. medium bodied with fresh acidity and a bit of a tingle. palate bland with very subtle nuances of ripe peach, tangerine, black pepper, saline, and some green elements. one day open did not really change this.

nose and palate alright, but a horrific bug spray astringency at the end all tasters detected. poured out.

showed better than my last bottle. supple cranberry, strawberry, vanilla, cream, and black pepper on the palate with a medium length finish.
