This is dazzling. Has the vervey acidity of Chablis and beautiful Sicilian minerality. Nose features stone, honeyed lemon, apricot, peach, bay leaf, and dried white flower. Medium bodied with lively acidity and a slightly texturally girtty mouthfeel. The flavor profile is slightly salty and honeyed, featuring apricot, bitter melon, lemon zest, mandarin, and white pepper. Seems to be at its pinnacle, I can see this developing some bitterness soon.

A bottle from the wine list in an Italian restaurant, reminds a little of a good white burgundy, very well structured with length, depth and some silky flow, good grip and a very floral showing, some citrus fruit though, good convincing finish, very good pairing with salmon/asparagus pizza and tuna tartar with strawberry, **(*-?), around 88- 91?

Clean, clear, very pale lemon (almost colorless) Oak, hints of lemon butter, stone fruit Nicely balanced. Acidity is spot on. Medium finish. Light (+) in body Citrus and stone fruit. Good minerality. Oyster shell. (+1 pt for QPR)
This is fantastic wine for the price point. Case worthy. This wine offers something for both ides of the Chard equation. Its right in the middle of the taste profile. Could not be more balanced.
Smoked a Liga Privada T52

Man, this stuff is just terrific. Volcanic Chardonny grown at 1000m. It reads Chardonnay on the nose, actually white burg-like. Balanced and finessed with tart with fruit and taught, Chablis-like cut. There is some rocky -volcanic notes in the finish. Still young and needing to flesh out some. Good stuff.

Oenocosmos Wine Fair (Intercontinental Hotel): High intensity and tensity, quite concentrated, oaky, ripe fruit, stone fruit, mineral, lime, citrus, lemon, tropical fruit, white fruit and floral notes. In the palate, the wine shows strength, minerality, tensity, medium acidity, nice oak frame, ripe, sensual profile, a bit salty, round (like a Nychteri from Santorini), med body and finish. Outstanding quality 91

Had this bottle in an italian restaurant again with some fine italian dishes, like ultra slim Pizza dough, crusty, filled with fine ham and rich figs, fish, seafood etc., very young appearance, some aromas from the fairly new oak I guess, creamy and mid- to fullbodied on the palate, on its own a little zesty with mandarin peel, but surely will improve, and today with food the bottle works well, long aftertaste, *(*-***), 87-90(+)?

Sicily (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Cream, butter, bees wax, a little stony minerality and crushed orchard fruit. Juicy, waxy, alcohol lends spice and there is a touch of smoked bacon fat on the finish with a little front of mouth grip.

100% Chardonnay from terraced vineyards between 2600' and 3,300' in altitude, from the contrada Guardiola, on the North side of Etna. Bright stew in color, this wine is clean, fresh, unoaked and mineral-driven. Ripe citrus prevails, with crisp white orchard fruit aromas. There is just a hint of oak from four months of agiing in large oak vats. The palate is dry, crisp, with medium (+) to high acidity and medium alcohol. The finish is long and minerally. Overall, a very interesting expression of Chardonnay.

Blind would have put this one to burgundy, creamy as a good+ village, maybe 1er Cru, some touch from the barrels but really well made, floral, tight, crispy, fresh and long, a positive surprise, *(*-***?), 90(+) potential

Dinner at Hotel Castel; 9/21/2018-9/22/2018 (Hotel Castel, Dorf Tirol, Alto Adige, Italy): A fairly young wine with a bit a withdrawn nose. Opens up with some temperature and air. Lemon zest, minerals, some unripe stone fruit, pear and also a certain touch of super elegant oak on the nose. Good tension on the palate. The acidity level is high but wonderful balanced. Long, precise finish. Another proof for me, that Mount Etna is a very good terroir for white wine in the style I like. Definitely some upside potential here.

I agree with Ian d'Agata's note. Pretty darn good. I loved the honeyed note on the finish.
