I love this wine, actually WE love it. My wife literally 'hates' chardonnay, but this one rang the bell. Very pleasant with roast chicken crab, and just by itself. However, I do agree, with some of the other writers. Some bottles are clearly better than others.

OMGoodness, where was this wine for my first tasting? Thorougly enjoyed this time. It is a big tease; keeping me on the edge. Nice acidity, minieral hint, vanilla, pineapple... Candy and taffey sensation on the palate, without the sugar. Will try again.

Drank this with lunch at Annadelle’s before visiting Pontchartrain Vineyards. Great fruit. Paired with crabcakes and veal with lump crabmeat in a white wine sauce. Brought out the full flavor of the veal and crab. Was the pefect match with the light sauce and contributed nicely to the great atmosphere of the restaurant as Jen and I discussed building a new hosue in the new Tuscany subdivision north of I-12. Recommended by our waitress. Definitely one to find. Jen thought it was good and I found it to be quite drinkable.

I think WE got this more right than WA. This was highly recommended by one of my wine sources, but I do not think this is one to get so excited about. Hopefully the next bottle will change my mind.

Very light yellow in color. On the nose, lemon & wet stone. Medium bodied wine with fresh light citrus notes & minerals, just a hint of smoke & excellent acidity on the finish. This is really a terrific wine. Went back to Costco & purchased a case for $10.99/btl.... 50+5+13+17+7=92

Very well done lean chard with very little to get in the way of the grape. Crisp lime and apricot flavors over a silky finish. Definitely New Wordl style, but the grapes are not overwhelmed with oak and butter flavors.

Pale and thin appearance. Not much on the nose. Smooth and soft but no butter or discernible fruit other than a tart apple like taste. Refreshing but plain. Might need the right food match like a spicey Chinese dish.

A lean, crisp chardonnay -- not really my preference -- hence the relatively lower score. I prefer bigger, more oakey or buttery chardonnays, and this is clearly not one of those. It might be better received by someone who prefers a leaner style.

This wine is clear, almost brilliant, with light straw color and green hues. A nose of tropical fruit and apple with lots of tart fruit flavors, clean with the acids lingering on the finish.

Some flavors of oak, and a rich mouthfeel. The fruit had fallen off a bit, but it was still very smooth and balanced.

Great QPR. Do not drink it too cold it looses the flavors.

Excellent bottle, especially for the price. Had it with dinner and it complemented the chicken piccatta very well.

This wine is incredibly inconsistent. Nowhere near the quality of my last notes on 7/26/2007. Might be the food combinations.
