100% Pinot Noir from vines averaging 35 years in Bouzy. 6 g/l dosage. Disgorged 2019. Almond aromas. Lower bead. A more opulent style. Notes of chalk, crisp apple and dough. 89 points.

Colour: light/med gold, slight red tinge, bright, clear, fine mousse Nose: q restrained, fresh, sl rustic notes, raspberry. Taste: light/med body, again rustic notes, raspberry, good mousse, med finish, mod fruit, sl bitter. Overall disappointing as it comes from a PN Grand Cru.

A slighty chemical touch at first, and a bitterness on the palate that went away after the first five minutes, maybe a young wine? After athat it displayed lovely mix of red apples, raspberries, earth and some cream on the nose, matching the palate with pretty much the same components, but also fine acidity, medium bubbles, good length. Tasty, rich champagne from a bottle that we finished of fast!

Red apples, cherries, dark rye-bread and hazelnuts. Great mineralitey fills the nose with flint and gunpowder! Lovely character with great balance, nice mousse and Good length. Bought at the domaine in Bouzy and learned that the average age of the vines is 50 years!

I was visiting family in Ann Arbor and thus was in desperate need of some quality bubbles since my sister thinks that is Bartles & Jaymes and my mother thinks that is Pepsi. I went to a local (more or less) Plum Market which has a solid selection of wine for a grocery store (albeit upscale). As I said, I was craving bubbles and I almost went for a big producer when I saw this bottle with "Bouzy" emblazoned across the label. I have mentioned countless times that Bouzy is my go-to village in the region when all else is equal. Well, this wine is not "equal." Fruity and nutty on the nose with plenty of baked brioche and croissant. The palate is tart and vibrant with a nutty yeastiness really coming through on the finish. This is what I had hoped for, but when it was empty my only other choice was a Coke float. thedrunkencyclist.com

The seductive cool, pinot nose is intoxicating. On the palate, the pinot fruit sings. A bit simple in structure, but this champagne offers pure weekday drinking pleasure. You can pop and pour.

Wonderful small, small bubbles with hints of gunpowder and a lot of bright fruit. Ends of with a quite bitterness that lasts in mouth for some time.
Good grower producer! 100% Grand Cru from Bouzy and fifth generation of wine growers.

Soft and small mousse. Initially light red fruit with raspberry. Later more "traditional" champagne flavors with slightly oxidative notes.

Weekly tasting group RWP #296: A beautiful mix (@ RW): In the bouquet yellow fruits, minerals, yeast and some toast. On the palate ripe yellow fruits, fine mousse and good acidity.
