  • This has a decent balance of fruit and acidity, but no real complexity. At the equivalent of sub-US$10 in Hong Kong and served well-chilled it's a perfectly OK party wine, or fine when you just want something cool and fresh to quaff without being in "wine connoisseur mode". But it's not one to bring out for a dinner with oenophiles!

  • Appearance : pale lemon, with legs,

On nose : medium intensity, citrus : lemon, stone fruit : nectarine, green apple, tropical fruit : honey dew melon, slightly mineral and very subtle of oak. It is very aromatic.

On palate : dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium body with tropical fruit flavour lingering inside your mouth, with very slightly sweetness and bitterness aftertaste. I suspected the wine is fermented with less as it has a subtle of creaminess as well. Overall speaking is well integrated with medium finishing.

If it is tasted blind, it likes a fixture of new world unoaked Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, also it gives u some reisling sweetness and tropical fruit flavour. I would say this is a good wine in terms of the price. It is a very pleasant wine, chilled and served in summer time. Drink it young and match with some light cheese such as Brie, Raclette cheese or seafood. Not a serious one but comfortable and good for party!
