Lunch Cucinetta 20 April 2018: This had been bottled less than a month and had just flown half way around the world, so not great preparation. The colour is luminous. Pomegranate, cherry, muted spice and cranberry jube fruits are overlain by new toasty cinnamon oak. Crisp, beautifully structured and with a zingy acidity, this should be very long lived.
