Retail $60. I was sent two bottles of this wine for my Second Annual Blind Tasting of American Pinot Noir. The first bottle was great. This one was corked. Ugh.
quite dark for an oregon PN. initially, quite big and fruit forward. After some time in the decanter, mellowed out some and some bright acidity and red fruit came out.

As the drunken cyclist said in his tasting notes, this is cherry cola all the way!
Picked this up via a WineTexts deal @ $30 / bottle, so not much to complain about there.
Light bodied and a very soft but heavy juicy mouthfeel. I'm told this is typical of good Orgeon pinot noirs, but I haven't drank enough to meaningfully compare. Very peppery and earthy on the finish.
Seriously, cannot get cherry coke and doctor pepper out of my head now! grrr....

The Second Annual Blind Tasting of American Pinot Noir: Retail $60. Cherry cola even Doctor Pepper on the nose of this fairly dark Pinot. Fruity and acidic. A solid effort with a solid finish. Very Good to Excellent. 89-91 Points. thedrunkencyclist.com

Overly primary on night 1. Score is reflective of night 2, where it was much better integrated.

Very big wine with lots of tannins for a Pinot insanely good paired with barbecued ham.

Went well with duck. It took an hour to show off it’s fruit. At first I didn’t like it, but it was just tight, will decant for 45 minutes next bottle
