This is so yummy. Served chilled, pop (not really, screw top) and pour.
Nose: under-ripe strawberry, raspberry, white pepper, green bell pepper. This is all lovely red fruits and lightly vegetal earth.
Palette: Light body, medium-plus acid, medium-light tannin. Very mineral, red fruited juice with nice texture. Moderate finish with a hint of spice and bell pepper mirroring the nose.
This is my kind of everyday drinking red. Fresh, plenty of interest with regard to complexity, with no need of aging or worry about food pairing. Perfect on it's own, or with pizza or salumi

Indigena World Tour Day 1: Monferrato (Il Buco Alimentari & Vineria, NYC): Nose of cherries and hay. No attack, but long appealing finish of grass, cherries, and tannin. I like it a lot.
