  • An attractive and multifaceted nose of violets, menthol, cinnamon. Silky texture before fine al dente tannins slowly press down, notes of tar, violets, blueberries, black tea. Beautifully balanced and refined.

    from South-East facing slopes at 320-350 m in Castiglione Falletto
    with limestone/sandstone soils and vines 30-60 yrs old.
    Stainless steel vinification. 4-6 weeks maceration.
    Aged 24/48 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.
    14% Abv.
