Very pale color, with a greenish tinge. Complex but muted aromas of pear, tangerine, basil, and what my daughter calls 'marshmallow.' Weightless, moderate to low acidity, with a mild citric flavor and a hint of reduction. On the second night, the wine had more substance but also a lot more bitterness, so it was less fun to drink. So, drink soon, and drink it all when you open it.

Nice with lemon, spice, mild oak, Carmel, orange peel and sour apple. Love their Chardonnay's and this is no exception. Drink these up as not as good as the bottle last summer but solid.

Tasted after 45 minutes of air. Medium gold color. Zesty acidity. Some apple and pear fruit. Very lively. The fruit expands on the palate and has a nice lift. This is showing no signs of ageing and has plenty of life left.

I like this wine very much, though I am not quite so over the moon about it as most CellarTracker users. I think the aromatics are very pretty, with crunchy tree fruit and a salt water beach accent. Little to no wood evident on the nose. The flavors pick up a touch of spice along with green apple and underripe peach, and there’s a strong minerality to the finish. I do think it’s a little weak in the mid-palate, but overall it is quite enjoyable, just not enthralling.

Okay, I screwed up. I only bought a couple of bottles of one of the best domestic Chards I've ever tasted when I had the chance. (For $36!)
Great balance between a moderate level of acidity and fruit -- pear and lemon notes, the latter becoming a little more prominent on the finish. Touch of minerality, as well.
Tasted after 30 minutes of air. Tangy apple and pear fruit. Rolls up nicely into some mid palate lift and floats like a cloud on the palate. Some nutmeg, kiss of oak, and a hint of mineral. The fruit here is very sweet but doesn't come across as cloying as the acid provides excellent balance. This is really starting to open after the last few minutes. Long life ahead.

Reminiscent of a Fichet Meursault. Moderate acidity, a slight note of oxidation, restrained fruit -- pear and a hint of lemon, more pronounced mineral flavors, and a matchsticky quality. Fully ready to drink, but not attracting any attention from my dinner companions.

Brother in Town Lot's of Wines!!!; 6/26/2021-7/4/2021: Day 1: One if not the best Domestic Chardonnay I have ever tasted. This is high end Burgundy without the price point. Flint, spice, shells, orange peel, saline, tart apples and dust. Aged in neutral French Oak. Medium to long finish and amazing acidity. This is a must have in a blind White Burgundy tasting. 95 points Day 2: Has not lost any complexity and maybe even more vibrant than day 1. For under $40.00 this is an amazing steal. 95+ Recommendation: Buy this immediately. I can’t believe they still have 20 cases of this wine left but my brother and I just took one of their hands.

Tasted on day 2. Lively citrus fruits on the palate. Plenty of weight on this wine. Good acidity to balance the fruit. Good persistence. Some interesting secondary notes (cream, minerals). Finishes clean. Very nice effort.

This wine continues to delight. We took it into Dundee Bistro tonight to enjoy with the oysters and Rueben Sandwich on the patio. Such grace and interest from this tasty Willamette Valley Chardonnay.
Tasted after a hour of air. Very round rich and full bodied. Citrus fruits. Medium acidity. Nicely balanced. Some mineral notes. Medium finish that hangs on the palate. Very nice effort.

Popped and poured. Bought this yesterday due the good reviews here. Very nice. Good mouth feel and weight. Not a light wine. Nice lemon notes on the palate. Some saline and minerals. Good persistence on the palate. NO detectable oak. Medium plush finish.

Yes. This wine really is that good. For best tasting, please decant at least for a few hours. The difference between first opened to three hours later was substantial. Super complex long finish. Savory and silky. Easily one of the most impressive and best Chards I have ever had. Drank 3/10/20. If you have one, I beleive the time to drink it is RIGHT NOW. I think this wine is seriously peaking.

A lovely NYE Chardonnay for grilled citrus halibut and shrimp cocktail with lemon. Lots of fresh citrus on the wine and clean acidity. This should age beautifully. Classy stuff!

Well I bought more and it’s a good thing because I feel the wine is even better now. Phenomenal Chardonnay that competes very well with the elite new world Chards out there! Love it!

Wow! We loved this fantastic WV Chardonnay. Consumed at Dundee Bistro with A lemon shrimp pasta in a white wine sauce. This wine has just enough weight and texture to keep it dynamic while being sleek and classy. Perfect acidity to cleanse the palate with the richer pasta dish. I wish I bought more as I could drink this all the time.

This is a full-bodied, slightly blousy chardonnay, pear-scented, fully mature. Drink soon.

Popped and poured. This continues to over deliver just like most everything at Evesham wood. Some limes. Nice balancing cream.

Still absolutely loving this Chard. Tonight it was a terrific pairing with a whole smoked chicken stuffed with garlic and lemon.
