95% Veridcchio, 5% Sauvignon Blanc. Medium yellow in color. The nose is clean, medium (+) in intensity, with aromas of white flowers, fuji apple, ripe lemon, white peach and a hint of honey. No oak. The palate is dry, but quite fruit-forward, with medium (+) acidity, medium (+) alcohol (13.5%). This wine is richer and softer than the other Verdichio Classico tried today.

Indigena World Tour Day 3: The Marche (Il Buco Alimentari & Vineria, NYC): Bright citrus nose. Crisp and fresh. Tart orange and a hint of almonds and granny smith apples. Tastes even crisper after the next wine. Tasty and refreshing.
