Medium lemon. Lots of lime on the nose. Well balanced, good quality wine. New grape to me, except for a Croatian Malvasia tasted a couple of years ago.

Overall: A delightfully aromatic white with lots of elderflower, melon, and cucumber notes. The acid is just high enough to be balanced, but it is helped by the slight phenolic bitterness. I doubt this wine will age gracefully, but it is super pretty at this young age and offers a lot of concentrated aromatic intensity if you're into that type of thing (I am).

If you enjoy aromatic wines, you’ll love this. Extremely floral, almost sweet aroma, but very dry palate. Some citrus and tropical notes. Finishes with eucalyptus. Very enjoyable, and like most Birichino wines, an incredible QPR.

Highly perfumed on the nose. Loads of white flowers. Palate is a little bit denser and drier than expected. And really tasty.
Apparently this selection of vines is from Calabria giving it a bit more minty flowery ness to it.
This is the only wine that they innoculate. Because terpines bined up with other componds and the yeast clips those bond and makes them more volitile. Cold tolerant and release the terpines. Maximum bone dry, not bitter, and very aromatic. Apparently its very hard to get all three done.
Apparently also ages really well but very different vintage to vintage. Sometimes moves sideways. They say the wine Alsatianastes. Moving through all the tastes of all the Alsatian varieties.

Almost Gewürztraminer on the nose with lycee, rose and lime. Dry, short palate with minerality and lime.

Palate: dry, medium- acid, medium+ alcohol (13%), medium+ body, medium+ intensity, slight phenolic bitterness, medium finish, honeydew melon, candied lime, tangerine, ripe white peach, cucumber, citrus blossom, jasmine, elderflower, wet stone, salty minerality.
