Beautiful Sauternes expression from the people of the best Sauternes in the World: Chateau d'Yquem. Well balanced, sweet but refined. I have'nt had many Yquem so it's hard to compare with the first wine but a beauty it is. And I liked it more than the number 1 from this series.

I haven't had the real deal yquem, but this is a beauty. Not to be paired with dessert, stands out on its own.
