WWC - CH (Fort Worth Club): Tasted blind - from flute. A bit too cold at first, but fragrant and a bit floral on the nose as it slightly warmed. Gold in the glass, lots of bubbles; apple on the palate, slight lemon, high acidity. I didn't get much nuttiness and guessed a 2006 BdB. Tasty.

Aroma of fresh from the tree pit fruits. Rich and round with loads of cherry and red apple skin flavor. This is quite full-bodied and round, but lacks direction. 90

Medium nose of biscuit, green apple, white flowers, fruit tones. Palate matches with nice toasty undertone, mineral element, fresh style, acidity does well, some phenolics in there. Good value choice.

Clean , crisp, at first i thought it was a little sweet but that went away with time in the glass. Drank this Christmas Eve with my mother after 2 bottles of Pinot @ Cousin Pudge's. Drank out of Riedel Cab stem, just wish there was more people around to share on x-mas eve. Good value champagne and no regrets.

I'm a bit perplexed by this wine. One bottle showed remarkably well, flavorful, full but with plenty of cut. Another was ok. A third, while traveling, was very nondescript

Golden color, good fruit and rounded flavor, bubbles start out active but subside in a few minutes, overall wine works as the flavors are robust, drank with lobster, will drink again, a good blanc de noir.

2nd tasting: While the bubbles are surprisingly large, the flavors are rich, toasty and smooth with dried apricot undertones. Much more pleasing the 2nd time around.
1st tasting: Not sure how this Champagne got its high scores. It's non-vintage, so the cuvée could change drastically from bottling to bottling. Mousse was large-bubbled, perhaps the largest I've seen in a Champagne in a long time, which dissipated quickly. Flavors were fine and somewhat toasty, but it seems as if this bottling was rushed to its completion way too soon.

A bit one dimensional but very good at what it was - a lot of green apple, nice mousse, great with Thai food, good minerality.

Residual sugar in this is a bit higher than I'd like; otherwise, good.

Solid, good zesty lemon flavor, a bit of brine too. Mousse not as fine as one might expect but good QPR here.

Lovely Champagne with a super light mouthfeel. A touch on the sweet side, but its so light that it is not a detractor.

Bright and effervescent- kept its bubbles for two days! zippy lemon on the palate and high acidity. Made for lovely mimosas the following days.

Yeast, but when paired against cheese it presented a bit too funky. Pretty straightforward -- large mousse, but kept carbonation quite a while.

A richer, creamier style of Champagne, but well balanced with crisp acidity, a fine mousse and a lingering finish. Nice QPR.
