St Martin 5th night. The suprisise of the day for the whites. This is an elegant medium weight wine with enough cream to balance out the minerallity and acidity. Well balanced and fresh citrus, mango, vanilla.

Gorgeous wine! Medium bodied with many layers stone fruit, citrus ,vanilla and almond. Aromatics were so inviting anf finish was so pleasingly lengthy. Côte Chalonnaise is a beautiful region for first class Chardonnay.

Lightly gold colour. Well-balanced and floral nose with white fruits aromas as white peach. The palate is full and rich at the beginning. The wine is very tasty and nicely balanced. Lovely aftertaste.
Our white Mercurey 2015 will be well paired with salty cake, Lorraine quiche, tartar or white meats
It can be served from now at 12-14° C or kept in cellar for 3 to 5 years.

Note: 15,5/20 i.e. 88/100
