Disgorged 2020. Charming and fruity nose with yeast, saffron, citrus and a bit of Cucumber ;-/ It was not bad just funny to actually smell cucumber. Nice creamy texture but lacking a bit of acidity. The mousse a bit short. A good wine for the 38 € i payed.

Citrus and toasted nuts on the nose. Brioche, lemon, minerality on the palate. Nice creamy mousse, medium plus acid, and a medium finish with minerals and citrus.

Champagne bien équilibré avec une acidité présente mais aucunement agressive. Les saveurs en bouche sont dans la subtilité avec une prédominance sur le citron et les agrumes. L’on retrouve une finale légèrement brioché. Très agréable!

Could tell it's an infant version of the oubliee. Nose wasn't as round, but still had whiffs of toasty yeast. The extra time on lees would make such a big difference. Palate was full on the attack almost like a mini-dom in style. Not bad, and decent for the price.
Nose was better on day two, give it some time after opening. Still would prefer drinking the reserve oubliee but this wouldn't be a bad daily.

Very light straw slate with subtle bubbles/bead. Nose some brioche and lemon. Palate pronounced lemon and golden fruit/brioche. A bit lean, still young I think. More reserved than the regular cuvee de reserve. 91 pts

Base year of blend: 2016, 20% perpetual reserve, disgorged: May 2020, dosage: 5g/l. First time with a Péters Champagne. We had this side-by-side with a Cuvée de Réserve from the same disgorgement. This started out more open than its brethren. The nose is quite nice with some florals, citrus, white peach and praline. The palate is rather full, creamy with generous amounts of fruit and praline. It finishes neatly on salted nuts and chalk dust. Very nice and our favorite between the two at this point. Again, a little pricey over here.
80% 2016 Blend + 20% Réserve Oubliée blend (going back to 1988) and 36 to 48 months on lees.

Blended from Le Mesnil, Avize, Cramant, and Oger. Base year: 2015. Disgorged: 06/2019. Dosage: 5 g/L. Aged at least 36 months on lees before disgorgement. 20% reserve wine.
Medium straw with a translucent, watery edge. Very mineral with chalk and gun flint. There’s candied lemon peel, pear, white bread dough, and feint apple and citrus blossom. This is precise, linear and focused. A wonderful sweet burst of white peach combines with toasted almond and a slight salinity on the finish.

Belle texture, crémeux, belle acidité, vineux sans excès, riche avec des bulles assez fines.

Chalky, citrus, needed some time to open up. Mineral driven linear and long.
