Open for about an hour and it is showing a bit more refinement than it did at first. Interesting aromas that are definetely expressive of new oak, but in a pleasing spicy, sweet fruited kind of way. Lots of tropical fruits on the palate with mild acidity and soft hints of oak. Mildy creamy in the mouth. Pretty nice and soft on the palate but also not too involving. Drops of acidity on the finish with mild oak and light fruitiness but again not too much depth. Still an overall pleasing wine, just not very expressive. Big gulps make the oak a bit narsty on the finish.

Drank from 375ml bottle- Popped and poured. Musty, funky smell that blew off after about ten minutes in the glass. Nice buttery and tropical fruit as the primary flavors. Citrus and good, balanced acidity also present. Nicely integrated all around; drinking well now.

This is the 4th out of 6 bottles and unfortunate I only have 2 left... served with a roast chicken, wonderful palet. Opulent, softening with time but beautifully balanced.

Nose: papaya, butter, stone fruit, hints of citrus and some mineral notes. Palate: Good body, creaminess, tropical fruit (papaya, guava, hint of pineapple), good balanced acidity. The finish lingered very nicely.
Overall: Great wine, went well with a hodgepodge of test sides for thanksgiving. No complaints here.

Lemony gold coloration. Nose is not that forthcoming, with only a little citrus and oak peeking through. But, WOW, on the palate: A creamy mouthfeel of really nice tropical and citrus fruit. Big fruit. Really nice acidity to carry the creaminess. So well balanced. Great with most food on the table.
