Higher RS than I prefer - needs more acid to balance it out. Slight effervescence. Crowd pleaser when the crowd is non-wine drinkers who “want something sweet.”

Very reliable Riesling with nice fruit flavors and enough acidity to balance the sweetness. Great QPR at $11 price and widely available on Long Island NY. Paired well with sushi dinner also enjoyable sipper without food.

This is very good entry level German Riesling and at $24 one of those rare imports to confidently compete on price with local efforts. Great cut of acid and fresh minerals. Freshness is excellent as a 2yr old.

Bottled under screwcap, this pale yellow/green Riesling initially shows a slight spritz that dissipates within the first half hour of opening. Quite aromatic and flavorful, it delivers an attractive package of white peaches, apricots, tangerines, honeysuckle and wet stones. Light-bodied, crisply acidic, modestly sweet and without noticeable alcohol (8.5%), it has good mid-palate presence and concludes with a medium-length, energetic finish. Consumed at the beach as an apéritif, it was (pardon the pun) just what the doctor ordered. Enjoy this well-priced, charming white over the next couple of years. Drink now-2023.

Peach, lemon, white flower on the nose. Juicy white peach flavors, lemonade, some petrol-like quality coming out, but not strong. Moderate sweetness and acidity.

This wine is pale gold in color with a med(-) level of aroma intensity. The nose consists of honey, petrol, dried apricot, green apple, white flowers, quince, lime juice, pineapple, and we stone. This wine is med-dry, with med(+) acidity, low ABV, med body, a med(+) intensity of flavor and a long finish. The palate is composed of honey, ripe red apple, green apple, pear, stone, candied lemon, and butterscotch. Overall, a good wine that can be drunk now, but is suitable for ageing.

I am mystified, finding myself in the company of reviewers who think rather little of this Riesling. To me it is a tribute to Loosen and the much-hyped 2019 vintage, perhaps as great as has been suggested. The balance is perfect: sweetness, acidity and flavor in harmony. I can't remember a better ten-dollar bottle of wine, not in this century.

Notes of citrus, lime, apples, white flowers, minerality. The wine was certainly sweet, but also had decent acidity. We had it with quite spicy Thai food, and this level of wine (and perhaps extra sweetness from prior years?) really went quite well. Low alcohol too, at 8.5%

Juice box. Standard entry level German Riesling, but not really my thing. Going by the Bouchon sommelier’s definition of fun, this would be a rave party (not in a good way).

Medium straw color. Lemon on the nose with a hint of honey. The palate shows more lemon and honey, long with notes of lime, guava, golden apples, and minerals. Acid high, alcohol low. Fun and easy drinking. Good entry level Riesling.

Fine typicity. Technically, very good, although a touch thin. Let it breathe for a 1/2 hour or so. Tasty.

Pale straw very clear
Chalk, talc, baby powder, floral, yeast when I first opened the bottle,
Semi sweet, apple pear, medium plus acidity, juicy and long almost effervescent
Aromas start to get pina or tropical after sip, mushroom and washed rind cheese

Excellent Riesling, great with enchilladas, I’m sure it’s good with the stir fry or curry as the bottle stated as well.
Also great on it’s own, fairly sweet but not too much.
