Short decant. Dark purple. Black fruits, spices and oak. Medium bodied and balanced. Smooth, silky mouth coating texture. Integrated tannins and a long finish.

This was perfectly executed, especially after 30-45 min of air. Incredible nose, a bouquet of dark and bright fruits. Hints of tea, smoke and leather. On palate - more of the same and wonderful mouthfeel. Great balance of fruit and structure. Can’t wait to see what the other bottle shows in a few years.

Oublié is one of my favorite wines but this fell flat for me. The Syrah component seemed overly strong and tar-ish and the garnacha lacked vibrancy. Still pleasant but underwhelming. Seems too you g to be dumb-phasing so hope my other bottle is better.

Big Paso wine. Good now, will likely improve with a couple years in the cellar.

Deep, dark purple. Intense blend of Grenache 40%, Mourvedre 30%, and Syrah 30%, nicely integrated.

Really nice. A bit heavier and less balanced than the regular tasting at the winery. But very happy to drink. It has everything you want.

A very young wine. Opens up after 2 hours of decanting.
