Creamy and smooth with low alcohol, making it easy to have another glass or two. Citrus and minerality frame the bouquet, and the texture on the palate belies the low abv.. A winner!

Drank alongside the 2018. Very pale yellow with greenish touch. Floral and herbal nose. On the palate lychee, white chocolate, chalky acidity, a bit stingy, some heat. A little too thin in body for my taste.

Day two (year 3) and this has morphed again after over 24 hours in the fridge. The nose is now white flowers encased in ice. In the mouth, the briny character has been further tamed and notes of stone fruits have appeared, enlivened by a balanced acid backing. The finish is now medium long. This is now reminiscent of a cross between an Albariño and a trocken Riesling.
Rarely, if ever, have I had a wine change on me so much in such a short time, especially while still being good, if different, every time.

If you’re ever looking for a wine to serve with the sort of Mexican food you’d serve with a margarita, look no further. My second bottle a year and a half after the first. The same nose of briny lemon and with some flowers. Time has tamed a bit the tarty saltiness on the palate, as well as the acidic hints of lime and passion fruit. Still linear with a long and salty finish. Reducing the score seems cruel because the wine is actually better integrated today, technically a better wine, but it lost some sexiness along the way. Still a definite rebuy.

There are slight floral, and more pronounced herbal elements, and more, on the nose. The flavors float and fleet very nicely. 11.5%; no funk. It steadily harmonizes during the first 30-40 minutes after opening, and it’s certainly worth tracking right from the beginning. This is uniquely charming wine.

This is my first moschofilero and I am a convert. This wine transported me to Greece. A nose of briny lemon and with some flowers, like having margaritas in a garden by the beach. And a pleasant tarty saltiness on the mouth, as if the grapes had been watered directly from the Ionian sea, with acidic hints of lime and passion fruit. It would be perfect if it had a bit more complexity. The finish is so long and salty, it’s almost sexual. A revelation.

Medium-bodied with plenty of acidity. Grapefruit/citrus with a jasmine note. Really tasty and great with food.

Tangy, succulent lemon curd, outstanding balance of fruit and acidity, crisp and clean, absolutely delicious.
