Deep red-pink color. On the palate, there are notes of strawberries and sweet red berries, with some slight brioche and bitter herbs in the finish. Bright and frothy mouthfeel. Nicely made crémant.

Delicious with hints of strawberries on the nose and on the palate . Excellent bubbles, long lasting, was great with Chinese dumplings and fried rice tonight along with a wonderful shredded broccoli slaw.

100% Pinot Noir. And in Alsace you can't blend red and white apparently. So its 100%. Taste of high doasage but it is a darn nice place to start. Precise.

100% Pinot Noir. Soft nose featuring tart red berry, citrus, and leesy characters. The medium-bodied palate is slightly frothy with gentle acids and a dry flavour profile of red berry, citrus, and bready flavours with a touch of herbal bitter notes. Good length on the dry, slightly bitter finish.
Solid Cremant; good value for $20. Thick foam with persistent carbonation. Cranberry, fresh baked croissant with egg cream , hints of dried mint. It is a bit fruity, but well balanced and pleasant.

Orange-salmon color, fine beady bubbles. Pear, apricot, gold cherry nose. Palate is a summer fruit salad with a dollop of whipped cream that is balanced with a little funky toast and dryness. Stood out as a favorite in a 3 rosé tasting flight vs still Rhône & California wines.

Wild salmon in color, this wine, this sparkling wine reveals wild strawberry, raspberry and defined minerality on the nose. The mouse feel brings seductive mousse and more red fruits with a hint of stome fruit. The finish has vibrant acidity but comes up slightly short. 12.5% abv.
Purchased for $20US, this is a thoroughly enjoyable offering that drinks more like a Champagne than a sparkling wine. A winner at this price point.

100% Pinot NOir. Not allowed to blend red and white in Alsace and I guess that carries through into Sparklings. Cheap delicious fun. Not sweet, fruity.

Bright medium pink color with a decent bead and plenty of mousse. Aromas and flavors of ripe strawberry and juicy raspberry. A bit sweet for my palate. Fresh acidity, but generally pretty one dimensional, not showing much complexity. Perfect quaffer on a hot summer day.

100% Pinot Noir. Strawberry & brioche nose. Crisp, crunchy red fruited palate with some yeasty underpinning. Dry- not short on the finish. Classy Apero wine.

Developing nose with medium- intensity simple aromas of ripe red fruit such as red currants and cherries. The wine is off-dry with a medium+ refreshing acidity. It has low tannins and medium alcohol. It has a medium body with a creamy mousse and medium- intensity very simple flavours of red currants and cherries. Medium finish.
It is a good quality wine, the acidity and the sweetness are well balanced and it's a refreshing easy to drink sparkling. However it's too simple in the nose and it could have bit more of fruit concentration. Drink in the same year of bottling, not intended for ageing.

Served as an aperitif before thanksgiving dinner. Lovely and refreshing, slightly off dry with great acidity to get the taste buds jazzed up and ready for more. Good value and fun too.

Just like a rose -- a bit broiche and bigger. This is made with the "head of the cuvee" this is made by bleeding, 100% Pinot Noir. Stays on the lees until april or may, then 18 months total on lees. 1.3% 13 grams RS.
Clean, crisp, but with a fat palate. Nice, easy going. Very fun smell. A bit clipped.

Simplistic, angular, and very light, though refreshing, with mild strawberry and toast flavors that turn biscuit-y on the finish. Served its purpose well as a base for cocktails.

Wonderful Whites of Germany, Alsace, Austria (K&L Wine Merchant - San Francisco): Tingly nose of bright, really fresh, light white and pink fruits with dried and sparkly minerals.
Gentle fruits similar to the nose, great effervescence complimented by a gentle spice, bright minerals and a soft and subtle bitterness.
This is awesome for what you pay for.
