PnP chilled. Clear, bright light straw/green tint. Slate, tight nose. This was delicious. Tart fruit, refreshing, clean, green apple. Med body with a good finish. Nothing off, winery direct, $42.

Nothing better than a nice chilled glass of WS Chenin Blanc on a hot summer day! Very bright & clean - hint of lemmon and apple in a very bright & crisp wine. Goes great with shrimp and spicy Thai foods. Favorite white wine and a homerun by WS!

Wet stone, lemon, and floral notes on the nose. The palate shows a hint of sweetness, with flavors of lemon and wet stone and a slight waxy note. Good acidity and a medium-long finish.
This is very food friendly. We had with various foods (torta, veggies and dip, and paella) and there wasn’t a bad pairing in the bunch.
That said, some of these scores seem a bit high.

P/chilled. Very light straw color. Med fruity nose. Bright, clean, better and more integrated with 30 mins glass time. Yellow and green apple. Nothing off. $47 Winery direct.

A wonderful wine from WS! Very crisp and light and the acidity went so well with a pasta with vodka sauce dish! Will enjoy again when it warms up as this is now the favorite white wine!

Lovely minerality beautiful nose. My new favorite white from Williams Selyem (displacing the Unoaked Chardonnay). For those more into the oaked selections this may not be as appealing.

Served chilled and it tasted great on a hot day! Nice and crisp citrus! First experience with a Chenin Blanc and it won’t be the last! New favorite white wine!

Opened not decanted and served chilled. Our outdoor thermometer shows 90F and the indoor thermometer shows 86F. We are in the living room which is the coolest room in the house and drinking which is probably the wrong thing to do on a hot day (should be water) but sure tastes great right now. Sour entry that makes the mouth water; medium weight in body; lemon lime notes that end with a crisp citrus finish. This won’t last long. Good to Very Good.

Opened not decanted and served chilled. Dark citrus with a high acid kick on the entry; almost heavy in body like Sauternes, but not; a hint of secondary fermentation spritz which disappears; ends with a semi sweet finish with dark citrus and late harvest fruit notes. Good.

Light straw yellow color. Lovely, bright white fruit and honey on the nose. Smooth to the mouth with good acidity, a bit tart and bold citrus and melon flavors. Easily can be enjoyed with seasoned fish, flavorful cheeses and dynamic salads.
