Organic & biodynamic. A bit closed at first but quickly blossoms into a gorgeously elegant wine. Really bright citrus and lots of crushed minerals on the palate. The lengthy, slightly salty finish leaves you eagerly awaiting the next sip. This is really lovely in its current state but could easily be cellared for another 6 or 7 years (if not more).
