Domaine Bernard Moreau Cellar Visit and Tasting (Chassagne-Montrachet): Starts out lean and bright, stays lean and bright in the middle, the layers emerge and it fattens, widens, expands into a long, extracted finish. A truly brilliant young Chevalier-Montrachet, at least 96 points, likely even better as it fully harmonizes.

Wednesday Cellar Visits in Burgundy - Louis Jadot, Faiveley, and Bernard Moreau (Cote d'Or): Tasted at the domaine. Apple and peach with spiced notes. Very good contrarian and dancing textures. Excellent Potential here.
