Bordeaux 2009 and 2010 comparison (Praelum Wine Bistro): Pale yellow, and slightly cloudy, definitely unfined. Nutty almond, peas on the nose, with lemon zest, green asparagus stems, and nutmeg. Started off nutty and funky on the palate, but does show some bright lemon and white peach upon some breath, and also with some dried grass and haystack, then barley. Lengthy and persistent. Granted it's not exactly a style I fancy, I cannot deny that the winemaking, though avant-garde, ia actually pretty good

I can see the beer comments here - savory, slightly cloudy in the glass, light-bodied, good acidity. Certainly strikes one as a natural wine, but I don’t think Chassorney is considered in that vein. Interesting wine.
Off the list at Maison Sota.

Interesting.. I think this is stylistically going to divide folks. It definitely has a great texture, slightly carbonic, and there's a lot going on the nose and palate. I read one comment saying it tastes a bit like a craft beer, and I agree. Especially the last glass with more of the sediment, tasted a lot like a hoppy sour beer or saison. Seems like a good intro to natural wine to a beer drinker. Nice drink but questionable QPR for me personally.

"I drank all the Giz" (Chicago, IL): Served double blind. Unpleasant (in wine) mix of sour cream and fresh cut jalapeño. Feels very high acid because there's just not much else there. Kind of creamy in texture too. Off-putting volatility too.

Bright acididty, especially for a Burgundy and a bit tart. Moderate yellow in color and extraction on the palate. Mild oak on the nose. Nice wine.
Had as part of a multicourse food and wine pairing at Momofuku Ko in New York. Paired well with raw scallops and shiitake mushrooms in a white light kimchi sauce.

I think Bigotes is a better buy. A bit wobbly and imprecise for my liking.

Not as beer-like as other reviews claim but still very tart. A bit natty and unbalanced.
