Asperg Wine Syndrome Tasting Group: 3 Guys, educational wines (@home): Glass: Zalto Bordeaux Popped and pured, drunk over two days. Quite rare to get a dry Gewürztraminer from the Mosel. Clear, medium onion skin color. Unfiltered with lots of particles. Clea, medium intense, developing nose. A bit oxidative/natural, muscat, floral notes. On the palate quite dry, only 11,5% abv, medium acidity. Oxidative, orange zests, candied fruit, pepper, sesame, floral notes, chalk. Beautiful grip, medium length. Perfect wine with food. Makes fun alone, but with food it really blends in. Very interesting and beautiful. 88-89
