  • love this stuff, aromas of raspberry candy, some red cherry and strawberry too, fresh and airy herbs and flowers, a little sweet orange... crisp and ripe at once, gorgeous sweet red fruit fades into subtle herbal and mineral tones... Garnacha like this is so cool to me, I love it

  • I love this relatively lower octane, gulpable Garnacha, so smoothly textured, marked by classic spice, red fruit, cherry and herbal tones. A great buy and ambassador for old vine Garnacha from Aragon.

  • Just fabulous, there's not much Garnacha out there along these lines, maybe compare it to high-toned Nebbiolo, maybe it's like certain Pinots, is it ok to invoke Rayas?

Aromas of raspberry, tart red cherry, a little strawberry and triple sec, fennel pollen, sweet raw almond, myriad airy herbal tones, a little roses, lavender and petrichor

juicy and a little candied on the palate, fresh and tart mid-palate, gorgeous floral and almond notes as the intense red fruit fades, gentle tannic grip, very fine and elegant overall

surely worth following at least a few years, it is more tense and tightly-knit than usual, and should be much more interesting in 6 to 12 months

  • Fresh raspberries, strawberries and cherries in the bouquet. Same on the palate, juicy fruits and a bit like lemonade and cherry yoghurt. Fresh acidity.
