When I think of good Chablis this is what I'm thinking about! Very good and pure Chablis. Clear light straw color. Nose of sea breeze and fresh lemon. Palate was flint, lemon peel, green apple and stayed on the palate for a while. This was the perfect wine for an Oyster night with friends! Delicious!

Pale gold. Nose of flint, grapefruit, white flowers, hints of apple slice. Layers of crystalline pure citrus and barely tart granny apple girded with limestone and oyster shell. Beautiful reveal of acidity and flinty spine. Moderately long finish of mouth watering apple, grapefruit, and rinsed pebble. Very, very good.

This is still fairly bright and tangy on the palate, but the fruit has filled out a bit, and it's showing nice Chablis character. Does not seem to have quite the depth of the 2019, but it's very good all the same.

Wow, this is nice. Sea breeze, grapefruit zest, and oyster shell. There is surprising complexity and a nice dense midpalate with good acidic tension to carry the wine.
Very good quality Chablis and a great value .

This is a bit young still but drinking well nevertheless. The nose has an interesting yeasty bread note which I enjoyed, along with bright lemon fruit. The palate is light to medium bodied with a clear, direct expression and zingy acidity tieing everything together on the mid palate. Lovely now if you like your Chablis bright and fresh, but I expect this to relax and unfurl nicely over the next 6-12 months.

A very tight Chablis with a high acidity. It has the stuffing to perform in the future but for now it’s still a bit closed. But don’t fear, it will be a stunner.

Interesting and buy-worthy Chablis with strong QPR. Shows a little hay and almond butter on the nose, with some not-quite-oyster, maybe clam-shell minerals, with lemon curd. I like the 19 better but this does have the stuffing.
Ripened fruits, a little hay. Softened mineral notes and seashell with fresh lemon juice. Has a little muscadet type of feel here. A significant step up from the regular Chablis bottling, but the 2019 was markedly better to my palate. Still; an honest wine that makes one think of oysters on the half shell

Lovely mid-level depth, very pretty and pure wine. Has nice density and length, and will improve with time.

A private tasting (Café Parlotte, Amsterdam, NL): Tight and fresh, completely classical, flowers and citrus, palpable chalk, saline finish, energetic and bright. Top notch.
