  • Bright, pale-salmon. Very mineral-driven nose of crushed stone, oyster shell and rock salt, with sour cherry, fresh strawberry and quince fruit, and hints of white hibiscus and ginger powder. Lean and sinewy upon opening, adding very pleasant flesh as it opens, showing fresh red cherry, lime zest and green pear fruit, accented with fresh anise seed, parsley, white floral and mineral depth. Gives a lean impression over a dense core, with zesty taut acidity and a plush firm finish. Excellent and very impressive at this price point.
