  • Organic & biodynamic. Still quite youthful on both the nose and palate, this will continue to cellar/drink well for quite some time to come.

    Body: medium (+)
    Intensity: medium (+)
    Flavors: lemon, quince, fresh herbs, lemon zest, crushed stone, lime
    Finish: medium (+)

    CONCLUSIONS:
    Quality level: very good
    Potential for ageing: can drink now, but has good potential for further ageing
